Who does Dr. Hank help?

What medication is available from Dr. Hank?

MyDrHank can supply all of your pharmacy needs, but our most popular products are Generic Viagra® and Generic Cialis®.

Do I need a prescription?

You do need a prescription to take Generic Viagra® and Generic Cialis®. If you don’t have a doctor, in most states we can refer you to one that will approve you without even needing to leave your home. If you do not already have a prescription, Dr. Hank will work with YOUR physician to see if it is right for you. If you have an existing prescription, we can have your doctor transfer your prescription to MyDrHank for access to our fast, convenient, and discreet refill process.

What if I already take Viagra® or Cialis®?

That’s okay! If you take one of these MyDrHank can contact your doctor to see if the generic version is right for you instead. This will save you money and give you access to MyDrHank’s fast, convenient, and discreet refill process.

How does this work?

If you are using your doctor, we will need your information and your Doctors first and last name, and a good phone number. If you are using our doctor, we will ask you a few clinical questions just like your doctor would and depending on what state you live in you may need to complete a phone call or video conference with our doctor in order to get the medication prescribed.

Do I have to give you my credit card information now?

Usually yes, we do ask for a credit card information up front. So that once we have your approval, we can get the medication shipped out once you are ready. But you will never be charged unless you are approved and we are ready to ship your medication out. You can even specify a certain day for this charge if that is more convenient for you.

Can I get a subscription?

Yes. You can either order a one-time prescription OR choose one of our convenient subscription options. That way you will always have your medication available when the time is right.

What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you get the best service possible. If your package does not contain what you ordered, or arrives damaged, we will make it right and will work to ship you a replacement in a timely manner. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns.
What about shipping?

Shipping is free with every order. Once we receive your prescription and payment we will ship your products within 24 hours. You should receive your items within 5 business days.
